Life is filled with people,
Whom we term as friends.
Turns do show up in one's journey,
But friendship never ends.

New people show up,
As the path bends.
Old ones feel jealous and fight,
But friendship never ends.

Some people figure their other half,
Where majority time one spends.
Interactions might be minimal,
But friendship never ends.

When time strikes,
All of them will have a send,
Only the real ones stand,
Whose true friendship will never end.

Wisdom - Head & Heart

Wisdom is the quality of having and using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight on a balanced platform. It is one of the best forms of human characteristics. On the whole, it is something that shapes up our life and moulds us as a person, being totally philosophical, independent of cumulative theories. 

Wisdom is not only limited to being wise but it is being and acting wiser at the same time. Thoughts and actions of a particular person should coincide naturally. In a given situation, the heart might signal to go ahead or not with a particular action, but the mind might signal against the heart. Here, wisdom is when both, the signal from the heart and the mind match with each other to give out a common result. It is the mind in the head that gives a sense of realization. 

A person in love will definitely take the signal from the heart and be compassionate towards his love interest. He always listens to his heart rather than to his mind, trying to justify his acts. In love, a man is like a cricketer; the heart is stumped out but the mind keeps appealing. In contrast, a soldier at the front will take the signal from his mind and will definitely not leave the enemy in front of him and shoot him dead, and here the mind signals to hit the target failing on emotional and human values. The chances of being wise in both the cases are very meek, since there is no correlation between the heart and the mind. 

In case of a child, a mother is emotionally attached to her child but the father may be stern towards the child while decision making. The mother may not be able to see her child bearing pain whereas the father would want the child to understand the ups and downs of life by facing life as it is.

Wisdom of the heart is totally based on emotional feelings, like love-hate, happiness-sadness, pain-pleasure whereas wisdom of the mind is totally based on success, based on ground realities which are nowhere related to feelings. The brain has no heart. The heart has no brain. That is why when you speak your mind out you seem to be heartless and when you do what your heart asks you to do, you seem to be senseless. But this is the reality. What you perceive is your reality, what I perceive is my reality. There is no reality as such, there are only perceptions.

The mind can live with a lie, but not the heart. The heart expands faster towards wisdom, compassion and strength than the mind that probably restricts itself, and always seeks peace and pleasure avoiding pain. A mind can play the role of a heart only when the content of the mind is understood. Differently, a no-mind can be called an empty heart; in turn having their wisdom to be equivalent. When wisdom enters your heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul, discretion will preserve you; understanding will keep you, to deliver you away from the way of evil. 

Knowledge is knowing what to say. Wisdom of the head is knowing whether to say it or not. Wisdom of the heart is knowing when to say it and when not to.

Wisdom of the head makes you understand, whereas wisdom of the heart makes you realize. Complete wisdom is how you apply your knowledge through the medium of your mind when your heart is free from negative emotions and inculcate beneficial virtues and values in life.

FISH!

The things that come to our mind when we hear the word fish 🐠🐋🐟 are tasty sea food, fish curry ,an aquarium, sea, ocean and somewhere probably a lake. Also a beautiful poem in hindi " Machli jal ki raani hai, jeevan uska paani hai, haath lagaye toh darr jayegi, pakadne gaye toh marr jayegi... " Fishes were , are , and will be good friends to most of us. So this was an aquatic part of fish. Let's come to the terrestrial part, we also have a fish in terrestrial part, guess who it could be?? An animal, a human...  Many thoughts may come to our mind. But here also fish refers to a friend. Yes you heard it right. A friend, That friend whom we never want to loose, that friend for whom all our best wishes goes to, and if anything happens to that friend , we would be the most affected. Basically it's like F-friend I-in S-silence H-hurts (FISH) . When we see that friend in silence we feel so uncomfortable, we keep wondering what's wrong. Seeing someone Happy automatically generates smile on our face. But seeing someone sad hurts us. That silence is very stingy, so we as friends should give our best to not make any of our friends feel stinged. If you are not happy... say it, if you don't want something.. Say it, but do not make your friends feel helpless for your situation.

Works of a woman are like a mountain peak,

Reaching it takes tremendous effort and is not meek.

Only house hold chores are not her activities.

Her hidden talents are her specialities.

A mother, a sister, a friend, a daughter,

Always stays important as water.

Proud of her is the society,

From learning to teaching,

Supporting to leading,

At times we feel we have changed with time, but it's just that time has made us understand things better...

We did take time to understand (which surely was needed)...

It's just those few moments that we have left to reminisce...

ज़िंदगी की है यही रीत,

गाते रहो मधुर गीत।

कल की ओर प्रस्थान करो,

अपने कल की सीख को याद रखे।

Window - Unlock Yourself

He was there, standing still
In front of the hatch,
Assuming he could reach the goal,
And that knob is the perfect match.

But deep down he had the fear,
Of what might happen if he was wrong.
Can he face all the consequences?
Or what if the journey was long?

He had no one whom he could ask,
Of what may happen if he opens it.
He wanted someone who could lift him up,
If he falls into a pit.

He knew that this was his only chance,
To open it and go ahead.
No matter what was coming his way,
He chose to face it without being dread.

Will he be able to reach his destiny?

नए की एहमियत तब समझ में आती है,

जब पुराने को साथ लिए,

नए को स्वीकारना पड़ता है। 

भली सोच भी ज़िंदगी का एक पहलू है। 

इसे इनकारा गया,

मतलब इसे धुतकारा गया। 

सिलसिला है यह एक नई सोच का,

जिसे सिर्फ़ एक समझनेवाले की कमी है। 

और आगे बढ़ने के खातिर,

कोशिश को भी एक मौका देना अनिवार्य है।

Ice-Cream

I scream for ice-cream,

With lots and lots of cream.

Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry,

Pista and Butterscotch make me merry!

When I take my first lick,

It feels like a tooth kick!

And when it drips,

I must very well have a sip!

I scream for ice-cream,

In all my dreams!

The more you give, the more I want,

In its absence, my soul gets haunt,

I scream for ice-cream,

For more I want!

Summer or Winter, Rain or Spring,

Jan to December, it's an all season sing!

I have it daily in tits and bits,

Green, Yellow, White, Pink, any that's served is fit!

Cup or Candy, Cone or Slice,

It all adds up to my spice.

Scoops on scoops and Rounds on rounds,

Their limitation knows no bounds!

The cream of creams, 'Ice-Cream'

I scream only "ICE-CREAM, ICE-CREAM"
